ESSENTIAL SKILLS

   These "skills" may seem very basic and rudimentary, however, it is our belief at MF1A that this is ,essentially, what we are missing. Basic, simple things which we can do with our families and others, getting back to the basics, outside and moving with and alongside others, having fun away from the tech.
